"I participated in a paper-writing course with Gunther during my PhD studies at the Anton Melik Geographical Institute ZRC SAZU in Slovenia. Thanks to him, I submitted and successfully published a paper in an open access journal. I am thankful to Gunther for the useful information that I received during the training. He helped me with the writing skills needed to publish, as well as the courage and persistence needed during the editing process. It is because of his enthusiasm, tremendous knowledge and experience in this field, that I got published and I am grateful for this."

As a former Journal Editor …

... of a key peer-reviewed journal in my field, I saw and judged many papers. I also published papers myself, and work regularly as a reviewer for many journals. In my position as journal editor and reviewer, I realised that many of my fellow colleagues,(beginners as well as established researchers) struggled to get their papers published in journals. It became my passion to have a closer look at the manuscripts and analyse why many of the papers failed, and what the authors would need to do to get them accepted. In the thirteen years since then, I have taught thousands of academics how to write and publish papers.

You too can learn how to be a successful author! Every academic can pick up the skills necessary to write a good paper that will get published in an international peer-reviewed journal!

If you want a head-start, join now. Towards the end of the webinar, I'll tell you how I can help you further.
